Bill O'Hern is the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer for AT&T. He is responsible for the strategic thought leadership and technology evolution of AT&T’s cybersecurity capabilities using the global operations and networks, including those of WarnerMedia and Xandr.
Bill O’Hern has transformed organizations with forward thinking and out-of the box ideas. That approach is now changing the way AT&T approaches security solutions for our business and our customers, while working across agencies and organizations to inform industry standards.
Bill oversees a highly skilled, innovative team of security architects, specialists, and analysts, with focus in areas that include real-time protection of AT&T's vast network infrastructure and business enterprise environment, security function virtualization and next-generation platforms, identity and access management, enterprise technology, engineering & operations, policy, compliance and vulnerability management. He oversees the security architecture of AT&T’s 5G network, its migration to next generation software-defined networking efforts as well as emerging services in IoT, entertainment and advertising.
Bill promotes a vision of a data-driven, intelligent network with embedded virtualized security functions that integrate seamlessly with effortless authentication and threat analytics. The evolution of security will become embedded in the fabric of the network service, thereby fundamentally changing the approach to securing our users, data, and networks.
His 22-year career at AT&T has been primarily focused on networking and information security, with a particular focus on innovative security platforms within AT&T's enterprise, commercial and federal government environments. Bill has led our core platform programs, building large-scale, machine-learning based threat analytics platforms, security virtualization systems, and effortless, strong authentication platforms to protect our assets.
Bill holds multiple patents in technology and security, supports Industry and government forums, and has been named CSO of the year by ISE North America. He is actively engaged in our Technology Intern Program and his core platforms have won awards in innovation, breadth, effectiveness, and awareness.

Chris Inglis currently serves as the first Senate-confirmed National Cyber Director and advisor to the President of the United States Joe Biden on cybersecurity. He previously worked as a U.S. Naval Academy Looker Distinguished Visiting Professor for Cyber Studies, as a managing director at Paladin Capital, a member of the boards of several public and private corporations, and as a Commissioner on the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission. He retired from the Department of Defense in January 2014 after 41 years of federal service, including 28 years at the National Security Agency and seven and a half years as its Deputy Director. He served as a member of the Department of Defense Science Board and as a National Intelligence University trustee until early 2021.
A 1976 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Inglis holds advanced degrees in engineering and computer science from Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, and the George Washington University. Inglis’ military career includes 30 years of service in the US Air Force and Air National Guard — from which he retired as a command pilot at the rank of Brigadier General. He and his wife Anna have three grown children and reside in Annapolis, MD.

Jeremy Legg, Chief Technology Officer – AT&T Technology Services, is responsible for AT&T’s IT, software and data architectures as well as automation, data science, analytics and cybersecurity architecture, platforms and expertise.
Jeremy’s Technology Services organization is focused on transitioning AT&T from its legacy IT environment to more modern solutions, including those that are public cloud-based, while also advancing its transition from legacy operations and business support systems to modern application solutions.
Prior to taking on this role in June 2020, Jeremy was executive vice president and CTO for WarnerMedia, responsible for all technology strategy, development and operations, as well as the technology development of AT&T’s streaming platform, HBO Max.
He previously served as the executive vice president and CTO for Turner, where he was responsible for the overall technology strategy and all aspects of Turner’s linear and digital technologies and resources.
Before that he led technology strategy and product monetization for TBS, Inc. and as the former senior vice president of business development and multi-platform distribution for TBS, Inc., Jeremy oversaw TV Everywhere and all non-linear and product distribution and strategy across broadband, iTV and wireless.
Prior to joining TBS, Inc., Jeremy was vice president of business strategy and development for AOL, Inc., responsible for strategic alliances with telecommunications and broadband providers, PC manufacturers; online providers and retailers; developing corporate strategy for AOL’s broadband initiatives.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Brown University. He serves on the board of directors for iStreamPlanet. He is an active member of the National Cable Television Association, the Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketing, serves on the advisory board at SambaTV and Vizbee, and is a regular speaker and panelist at events such as CES, INTX, and other industry events. In 2016, he received Broadcasting & Cable’s Technology Leadership Award. Through the years, he has received various awards from Multichannel News and Cablefax.

She has 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, 23 years focused on Cybersecurity.

Mr. Rob Joyce is the Director of the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Cybersecurity Directorate, which is charged with preventing and eradicating threats to U.S. National Security Systems and critical infrastructure, with a focus on the Defense Industrial Base.
Prior to this role, Mr. Joyce was the Special US Liaison Officer, London. As the senior NSA cryptologic representative in the United Kingdom, he served as the key interlocutor between NSA and GCHQ.
Mr. Joyce has held a wealth of technical and leadership positions across NSA and the broader government, to include serving as Special Assistant to the President and Cybersecurity Coordinator at the White House, Acting Homeland Security Advisor at the White House, and Chief of NSA’s Tailored Access Operations.
Mr. Joyce began his career as an engineer and is a technologist at heart. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the John Hopkins University.

Dr. Ed Amoroso is currently Chief Executive Officer of TAG Cyber LLC, a global research and advisory company that supports enterprise cyber security teams and commercial security vendors around the world. Ed recently retired from AT&T after thirty-one years of service, beginning in Unix security R&D at Bell Labs and culminating as Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer of AT&T from 2004 to 2016.
Ed has served as Research Professor at the Tandon School of Engineering at NYU since 2017. He has also been Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the Stevens Institute of Technology for the past thirty years, where he has introduced nearly two thousand graduate students to the topic of information security. Ed also serves the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University as a senior advisor. He is author of six books on cyber security and dozens of major research and technical papers and articles in peer-reviewed and major publications.

Karthik leads efforts to help protect AT&T’s information assets and pioneer data-driven security solutions for the Internet of Things, Vulnerability Management, Software-Defined Networking, and Cloud Computing. He has a track record of directing global organizations, and has expertise in developing innovative solutions. Karthik emphasizes the use of security as an enabler – protecting critical data and network operations while implementing technology and process initiatives required to realize improvements in security posture, regulatory compliance, cost, revenue, and quality objectives.
He was a founding member and leader of Accenture’s security practice. Prior to joining AT&T, Karthik served as Chief Security Officer for DIRECTV.
